Product: HP Office Jet Pro 9010

I get the cartridge is stuck error message and I've tried turning it off and on, unplugging it, manually sliding the cartridge thing to the left (it won't budge) and nothing works. All the software is up to date, the cartridge just won't slide anymore. I installed a new ink cartridge so maybe it was installed incorrectly, but it shouldn't affect the ability to slide to the left or slide to the right. Or cha cha real smooth!
