HP ENVY 6032e All-in-One Printer

I am not enrolled in Instant Print. I have original cartridges, both Black and Color. Was printing fine last week and now trying to print and get this error. I've turned off printer, restarted, taken out both cartridges and reinstalled, still error. Any suggestions?

I don't get these questions, however, how to I get to these?  I have HP6032e.  I just get, can't print and cartridge error.
