Everything was working just fine until I updated the software. Now my printer is displaying a "Supply Problem" error and nothing will print. I removed, then reinstalled ink and rebooted the printer several times. Yes, I have aftermarket color ink, but the black is original HP. Again, everything was printing just fine for months. Also, all colors have "?" on the error display. If the black is HP, why does it also have an issue. Please help, I am now working out of my home office, so this is my "work" printer. I don't think HP set a new rule stating no aftermarket ink is allowed. That's just crazy if true.

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Below are the steps that you need to follow in the order as mentioned ...
- Disconnect the printer from the NETWORK
- If on wired network : Unplug the Ethernet cable from back of the printer.
- If on wireless network : Power of the Wireless router.
- Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds.
- Turn on the printer. If the printer is in READY state, go to Setup -> Network Setup -> Network Services -> IPv6 -> Off.
- Turn off the printer. Wait for 30 seconds and then turn on. Try printing , it should work.
Let me know if it worked for you.
