Printer quality is sooooooo poor, I can barely read the letters and printing is soooooooooooo small.  Printer is just over one year old.  It has performed great, just until about 2 weeks ago.  Started having this problem.  I have new cartridges installed, performed alignment, cleaned printer heads, I don't know what else to do!!!!!

There are a few details from your end that can really help me solve this issue for you.
Please provide me the following information:
What application are your printing from, Word or PDF document or directly from the browser?

 

If you are only referring to the font size, you can increase the font size on the application you are printing from.

 

If the issue is regarding the print quality, to troubleshoot the print quality issue, please refer to :

Please share the print quality report for further assistance.
