The following lights are blinking: paper feed, "i", ink cartridge, and power. The display screen is blinking. And the printer is listed as offline on the computer control panel.
The following have been done: unplugg and plug in the printer, restart the router, and restart the computer.

Hi @NotTechSavvy314,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Blinking lights on an HP DeskJet 4152e All-in-One Printer can indicate various issues. Here are steps you can try to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
Check for Paper Jams:
- Open the input tray and check for any paper jams.
- Make sure there are no obstructions in the paper path.
Check Ink Cartridges:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are properly installed.
- Remove and reinsert the ink cartridges to ensure they are securely in place.
Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Wait for about a minute.
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
Update Printer Firmware:
- Check if there is any available firmware update for your printer on the HP support website.
- If an update is available, follow the instructions to update the firmware.
Check for Software Issues:
- Ensure that the printer is set as the default printer in your computer's control panel.
- Check for any pending print jobs and clear the print queue.
Reinstall Printer Drivers:
- Uninstall the printer drivers from your computer.
- Visit the official HP website, download the latest drivers for your printer model, and reinstall them.
Check Network Connection:
- Make sure that the printer is connected to the same network as your computer.
- Restart your router and ensure a stable network connection.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Turn off the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait for at least 60 seconds.
- Reconnect the power cord to the wall outlet and then to the rear of the printer.
- Turn on the printer.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.-
