Hello HP,
I am requesting help from all of out there even community and HP support. My parents bought a printer in K.S.A the then bring here in the Philippines its have been our problem the ink availability here. The printer is HP 3835 and its ink cartridge is 652 but not available here, so there a universal ink also that is compatible in hp 3835 that is only for asia the is Hp ink 680 but when we try to use the ink it say Cartridge Not Intended for this Printer further reserch for my problem i need to contact hp support to have a request in change region. HP support hope can you assist my problem on hp printer much appreciated. Thanks for the conderation.

@Aziz94, Welcome to HP Support Community!
We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.
