I have an HP Photosmart 7520 printer and it's suddenly stopped feeding the paper.  I've followed the instructions to clean the rollers but still no paper feed.  The device that drops down onto the paper is doing so, but I noticed that the two rollers on it aren't turning, so this seems to be the problem. Is this a user resolvable issue or will I need to take the printer to an HP repair centre? The printer is out of warranty.

This looks like a possible hardware failure with the printer. However, I would recommend you follow the steps suggested in this support document for 

 

HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer Series - An 'Out of Paper' Message Displays on the Control P...

 

If you have followed the steps suggested and still having the issue. I would recommend you contact our HP support team as the rollers are not customer replaceable parts.
