Trying to clear memory before recycling printer by restoring factory defaults. Unable to access printer menu since error message locked on screen. No luck with HP Smart app or EWS menus. Suggestions found on web (press back arrow 4x at startup or home/back/home/home key sequence at startup) do not work.
