HP OfficeJetPro 8720
Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

Just got new HP 8720 all-in-one. Using wirelessly. Prints Word docs fine, but will not print from the internet. When try to print a document just comes up with a blank screen on my Mac. Re-installed all drivers and said installation successful, but still will not print.

Thank you - I did this and at first it appeared to not work, but then I restarted my computer and it worked.

Thanks so much!
