The same problem in Italy.

Yesterday (9 May) the error appeared on the display.

 

The printer is locked up

Hi

i’ve had the error 83C0000b, and followed advice to switch off power for 60seconds, but still not clear.

 

any help please greatly appreciated

A big bunch of "magic" HP useless tools to be downloaded with no efficient result.

I didn't ask for a dummy firmware to be downloaded.

What a shame hiding behind their "support web site"...
