My DeskJet 2633 does not print lowest 13 mm on an A4 sheet. Why is that?

Thank you for posting on the HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  •  Are you able to print on regular paper type?
  • Are you getting any error messages or codes while printing on A4?

While you respond to that, refer to the Paper handling of the printer: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05530692#AbT7

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.

I'm able to print on normal A4 paper and I get no errors while printing.

(But right now my printer is very slow as it seems to print rows of pixels which takes a long time for an A4 PDF file)

Thank you for posting back.

  • Does the copy print out the same way?
