HP DeskJet 3634

Printer is 8 months old and has been working fine until now. Any document placed on the scanning bed prints fuzzy--almost a double print effect. Have replaced ink cartridges, realigned pint head. No improvement. Any suggestions?

Alright, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet. Once done, while the printer is powered on, remove the power cable from the back of the printer for one minute. Finally, make a copy. If the copy is still not accurate, the printer needs to be replaced. Hey @tax3910,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I see that you are having some issues with scanning from your Deskjet 3634 All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that, however I am going to need some clarification first. Please let me know if you have this issue when scanning to your computer, when copying standalone, or when printing. Once I know more I will be better able to assist you.

The issue is with copying stand alone. I do not print from a computer, just print and scan from my cell phone through WiFi or copy print stand alone. Scanning function works great but anything printed has the issue. Hope that helps.

Tried your suggestions. Nothing worked, so i guess we are looking at replacing the printer. 😞 Thanks for your help and suggestions. It is appreciated.
