Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra

I bought an HP Deskjet 2130 all-in-one printer series in Saud Arabia. The ink cartridge that was recommended in HP 123. However, here in the Philippines, the cartridge is not available. I searched online and it said the printer is compatible with ink cartridge 63 and so I tried it. It's not working. Now, what am I supposed to do? What ink is really compatible with the printer?

HP Recommended

HP Printers - Find and Install Cartridges after Moving to another Country.  The printer needs to be regionalized to the new country.

You will need new cartridges from the country you are in at the time you contact HP below.

Yes, the issue was resolved by an HP advisor already thru the chat support. He regionalized it already. Very helpful customer support.
