I need helping getting my printer to print the whole page instead of cutting off the bottom. Tried the realignment troubleshooting. Also, I can't find where to change the margins in the printer settings.

Welcome to the HP Community --
The printers in this series require a larger margin along the bottom edge.
This is a hardware limitation -- there is no workaround using software.
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 12.7 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3 mm |
Borderless Printing | No |
Margins - to the extent they can be changed - are usually managed in the original document.
For example,
If you have a Word document, set the document margins to no smaller than "Narrow" to accommodate the required 1/2 inch margin along the bottom edge.
Remember that ALL content in the document, including borders, headers, and footers must be inside that margin.
When a Word document is Exported to PDF, the margins are generally exported with the rest of the document structure.
If you don't have the original document and / or cannot change the margins in your PDF (or other) file, print the file using a program or software that includes a "Fit" or "Shrink to Fit" option in the job setup / configuration.
Example - PDF - Adobe Reader DC
