We recently moved house, and I have been trying to get my printer set up and linked to new wifi. But since moving whenever it is turned on it just flashes all the lights on it, with an error code Ee.
I have looked online, have tried a reset, unplugging etc., and I have made sure to check for any blockages. I removed it from my HP Smart app to then try and add it again (as advised by HP support), but it just does not come up as an option to add.
Any advice welcomed.

This appears to be a hardware problem. I am guessing a cartridge was jarred loose. Pull the cartridges out, examine for any damage such as blackened wiring and then reseat them.
I don't think this will help but you can try it

Thanks so much for your response and tips, I checked the cartridges and all look ok, have been trying the reset option but it just doesn’t work as the lights continue to all flash rather then letting the printer reset. And I tried adding it to my HP smart app but it’s not coming up, I think issue there is that we’ve moved so the printer is on an old wireless connection but without resetting the printer I can’t get it onto the new WiFi.
