I have exhausted every option available online, and my printer still wont print blue ink and the black is not as dark as it should be.  Been hanging on phone forever so given up and now trying this.  Any suggestions please?  It is wirelessly connected and all connections are good.  I can print in black and white but all colour seems to be coming out pink/yellow shades

 

Update - I tried a different blue cartridge, made no difference, went through all the cleaning aligning and everything else again and hey presto - just suddenly started working again.  Case closed .... for now 🙂

*Update:  I have just replaced the blue ink cartridge (the previous one was new anyway) and it is still not printing blue

Are you able to copy in colour or black?

I recommend you to contact the HP Support Team as this could be a hardware issue.
