Please help!
I replaced the cartridges in my printer very recently. HP utility says both are near full, but whenever I print anything, it doesnt print the black. All other colours, but not black. Extremely frustrating as most of what I print are letters and typed documents. I've run the clean cartridges process on the printer, turned it on and off again, removed and reinstalled the cartridges, still the black doesnt work and yet on HP Utility it says the black ink level is at almost full. Please help me. It's rendered my printer useless.
Many Thanks,
Lily

No, this just confirms that the black cartridge is not working. A replacement black cartridge should work. See the document here for information on the cartridge warranty, if it is a current HP cartridge it should be replaced under warranty.
