Hi,I have tried everything for a couple of weeks now ,With no results coming back to my printer to print Blue/Cyan.

It will print all the other colours but not Blue.

 

Ink cartridge is 3/4 full and black is about the same.

 

I have done the clean many times i lost count

I have done the alignment as much,But with having to use another alignment print as mine wont print blue so won't align.

I have took ink cartridges out and placed them back again making sure they were set in right.

 

 

The only thing i haven't done is a tribal  dance around the stupid thing..if anyone knows one to get the "BLUE" to print Please Please Help,

I Have today contacted HP .

 

It was a very simply exchange of information and now am awaiting a replacment cartridge which will be here in 3 working days.

 

I have to say when phoning HP there wasnt that long wait on phone ...pickup was within 2minutes.

Hello Lionheart,

Here is HP EXPERT MODERATOR Bob Headrick's 2016 solution.  I already gave him a thumbs up for you.    Be sure to follow Bob's instructions on Setting Up a Case, if you are interested in a refund of the defective cartridge.

 

Don't do the Clean Cartidges from the front display panel too many times as it can cause excess ink around the nozzles of the cartridge.

 

Be sure to post again on this thread it it doesn't work (replacing cartridge).  I am not an HP employee.

Hi RichAnt,

 

Thankyou for the reply it was a great help.

It looks like i have a faulty cartridge as i did the test with  the tissue and no cyan showed only red/yellow.

I'm in the process of contacting them to solve this problem.
