My HP ENVY Pro 6455 has E3 (Cartridge Carriage Stalled). I've tried all of the recommended solutions to resolve from the Virtual Agent. I have gone through all the steps to "Unblock the print carriage" and the steps to "Reset the printer". I can easily move the cartridge all the way to the left and all the way to the right. When I click "Retry" in the HP Smart application on my phone, the cartridge will move slightly, the error will briefly disappear, and then it will come right back. We have only had this printer for 15 months and we use it very sparingly. Please help!

Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand that you are getting carriage jam error, and I am glad to assist you.
If you have tied all the steps mentioned in this HP document:- Click here
And if the issue still persists, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
I hope this helps resolve this issue completely.
