My new printer will not change from alphabetical to numerical so that I can enter my WPA/WEP, even when I get an indication that it should change. What is the secret to get it to change from alphabetical to numberical?

I just set up my e4500. The WPA/WPE is your network password. To switch to numeric, press the lowest button on the left hand side of the little screen on the printer. It looks like a big dash. To delete a character, press the reverse arrow which is just above the big dash. Agreed, the printed directions are not helpful on these points, and I just stumbled into the solutions.
