Hello,

 

my new black ink cartridges do not work (I bought two). I tried all the trouble shooting tips from HP (even bought distilled water). when it didn't work, I bought a new ink cartridge. Still doesn't work. Help, I spent more on ink than buying a new printer...

 

I need the printer to continue working while in CoVid-19

I see that the printer is in an error state and I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.

 

If you have already performed the steps from the document  HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
