Printer isn't working with Windows 11 so it's been removed from apps and program files, but when my computer starts the following message opens in a gray box on the home screen: "There was a problem starting C:\Program Files\HP\HP Envy 4500 series\bin\HPStatusBL.dll The specified module could not be found." How can I get this to stop? Is there something hiding somewhere that needs to be removed?
