Please make sure that your printer is current with its firmware. If you are not sure, please follow the steps available here to update the printer firmware: Update the firmware on an HP printer | HP® Customer Support.
Apparently, HP Envy 5000 series error codes are challenging to come by ("We're sorry We can't seem to find the page you were looking for"), but condensing, have you tried this: "I manage to sort this by powering off then on again, and using the printer touchscreen reset to factory defaults. You do then need to set the printer up again but it at least fixes the issue."
