Hoping someone can help as this is driving me mad. My printer keeps plashing with error codes starting 0XB, after trying and failing to get support from HP on what this issue is I did find a community answer suggesting the ink cartridges and/or printhead needed cleaning. When I power the printer off and back on again it works just fine, then 30 mins later the error code will appear. I have reseated the ink cartridges, clean the ink cartridges, cleaned the printhead, aligned the printer, but it still keeps happening. Typically the printer warranty expired 3 weeks ago!
Has anyone any idea what is causing this issue, have you had it yourself and resolved it?

I manage to sort this by powering off then on again, and using the printer touchscreen reset to factory defaults. You do then need to set the printer up again but it at least fixes the issue.
HP support are still maintaining radio silence on this as it is clearly an issue caused by them via a software update!

Radio silence from HP, they know they have messed up with a software update here, when will we get a response that isn’t unplug it, wait 60 seconds, plug it back into a wall socket, different one of possible, and turn back on. This does not fix it!

Same problem. used virtual assistant which said error due to low ink levels in cartridge. Removing low cartridge allowed "back-up system" to complete print job, but error message comes back afterwards. Will buy new black cartridge tonight and see if that helps resolve error message.
