Hi there,
Please help! I recently purchased a HP Envy 5010. The test pages print fine in full colour with no issues. When I try to print in colour from my mac however, the prints won't print in colour. I have unchecked the "black and white" tick option from the print settings menu , set the print quality to best and while the print preview is displaying in colour on the screen, the print comes out in black and white. I have tried reinstalling the driver but this isn't working either. I have tried saving the print settings but the tick for back and white seems to automatically retick despite my attempts to remove it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Please ensure that the printer and Mac has the latest updates. Then we will remove and re-add the printer using Airprint. Airprint does not require you to install any additional drivers
Printer Firmware: https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1776648-1643972-16
Mac update: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201541
Next remove and re-add the printer using Airprint
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint or Secure AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
6.) Try to print
Let me know how it goes😊
