HP Envy 5020
Microsoft Windows 11

I just went to print a document and it was showing that my HP ENVY 5020 was offline whether I tried it via wifi or via the USB cable - neither were detected.  I noticed that there was a question mark lit up on the left of the display screen on the printer.  I tried to power off the printer using the on/off button but it was unresponsive.  I tried to swipe the display and press any of the other buttons - again it was unresponsive.
I opened the paper tray to check that and then an error code came up on the screen: Error Code OXOO829C98 HW_WATCHDOG C
Can anyone advise what I need to do to correct the error?  It was printing happily earlier this morning and I have no idea why it is suddenly showing this error code?!
