Hello I use my printer very often but today it keeps saying "Cannot Print, go to hp support" over and over, no error codes, not telling me what's actually wrong with it or why it can't print. I don't know what to do it was working just fine all last week.

 I tried restarting it by unplugging it, checking the ink cartridges etc but it hasn't done anything, it still just says this whenever I try to print anything..

Are you enrolled in the instant ink program?

Are you using Instant ink cartridges or regular hp ink cartridges?

 

If you are enrolled in the instant ink program, I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant ink account to help you get the ink cartridges sorted.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.

Please check your Private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Forums profile,
