I thought airlines were bad but the service of this company excels in its lousiness.  I have written five reviews wherever this product is sold on Amazon giving it a one star.  They can ignore me but not only have they lost a future customer but hopefully my reviews will dissuade others.  I wrote letters weeks ago to their Customer Service Department and to their CEO.  I have had no response while they delegate the answering of questions on these support community pages to the customers.  What can of service is this?  I would never again buy a product from HP.

This company is so amateurish.  I finally received a message from GeorgeSoMe.  It seemed to be a genuine reply and even offered to call me.  I had already provided my phone number but immediately wrote back only to receive an alert that I had exceeded my private messages.  It is almost as though they just want to tease me with the idea that I may actually be able to talk to a live person on HP.  I have now reported them to the Better Business Bureau.  They do not have much power but the companies feel obligated to respond to them.  Furthermore, the number of complaints against a company becomes a matter of public record.

I have been try to solve a problem for four months with a new printer that consumes an entire cartridge to print 50-80 pages.  I finally managed to obtain some response from HP two months ago.  The issue is still not resolved.  I have written to the CEO and to Customer Service.  I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau and given them one star comments on Amazon.   This is simply unacceptable.  

 

I received the following computer generated response.  Where is the thumbs down? What if I do not want to give them kudos?  What sort of customer service is this?
