I've disabled wireless direct, but I don't see where to enable wireless radio

What is the status of the blue wireless light on the printer?  On, off or flashing?

It's flashing

I'm going to have to finish this later.  I have a job fair tomorrow and some other stuff to get done.  Thank you for the help so far though!!!

OK.  Wireles Radio is on.  This is really starting to piss me off.

Reset printer back to Factory Defaults.  Reset printer back to Network Defaults.  (You should have both somewhere via the front panel).

Make sure printer is at least 5 feet away from router.

Turn off Wireless Direct again since it comes back on with the above resets.

Just want to make sure you have the 2.4G SSID band enabled on your router with a different name than the 5G band right?  This 'should' be shown on the 2nd page of the Network Config Page.

Run the Wireless Setup Wizard again.

Sorry, I had a terrible time getting logged back in.  I will click on your Kudos Thumbs up as soon as I post because you were extremely helpful and I have resolved the problem.  When you mentioned that it should list the two wifi options on the second page, it made me remember a problem I had a few years ago.  (I should say that the neither of the networks were displayed, but half the neighborhoods wireless services did.)

My son had a laptop that that would not connect.  A half dozen other devices, from several different manufacturers had no problem with the wifi, so I told him the problem must be with his laptop.  He tried to figure it out, but finally asked me if I could reset the Apple Airport router.  I explained why that wasn't the problem since it was working everywhere else, but he was getting frustrated, so I reset it.  Of course, this solved the problem.  Honestly, we had an old Wii, a bluray player, different types of cell phone, a smart tv, and so on, but only his laptop had this problem.  It was an HP.  Once I remembered that, I reset the router and everything worked fine.

So the problem wasn't with the printer, although, since the wifi was acceptable to any non-HP device in the house, it kind of was the problem.  Anyway, thank you for your efforts and advice.
