HP Envy Photo 7855 - missing set up cartridge, I bought refurbished. I have one new that I use at home, and a refurbished thru amazon from Tech Outlet Mall. The refurbished version keeps asking for set up ink cartridge, evidently the ones supplied are not setup cartridges. How can I get the refurbished version to operate - I have registered both printers on HP website

Hello I have the same problem I bought a 7855 and bought 64 cartridges and installed them but am getting the message “Use SETUP cartridges” but there were none in the box. Plz send me the override tip as well!

Bought a HP Envy Photo 7855 All-In-One printer. Bought ink for it but getting the "use setup cartridges that came with printer" message. The setup cartridges were not in the box. Please tell me how to bypass the setup cartridges or where to purchase them; I didn't know setup cartridges were required/needed.
