We have provided solutions to bypass the setup ink cartridges. That did not work for you.

the same problem. I installed cartridges that came with printer but U get the Use setup catridges that came with printer error message and I can't get past it.

I am setting up an HP Photo envy 7855 for the first time and I am getting a Use Setup cartridges supplied with teh printer error messages. I am using teh supplied cartridges - how do I fix?
