Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

It keeps telling me repeatedly the tray is open and keeps me from printing, even if everything else about the printer seems to be fine. I have literally tried every thing to fix it. I've opened it up and cleaned the wheels on it; I uninstalled and reinstalled the app; I replaced the ink cartridges, etc. I've only had this printer for a few months and it just suddenly started to do this to me and I don't know why. I'm pretty frustrated and I really don't want to call the help lines because I know they will just give me the usual "unplug/restart...hope for best" jargon.
If anybody could help me out in any way, please let me know. I really need this to be fixed and I really can't afford to purchase a new printer (after only having this current one for a few months *eyeroll*).
