I should first explain that I have had a lot of Photo printers and consequently have a lot of 363 cartridges spare which is why Ii bought this one.
So, I bought this a few months back, new old stock, never been out of the box completely packed as from the factory., set it all up as per instructions and works Ok, .. when ti works .. as I keep getting ink initialisation error message, have to switch off let it rest and switch on again ... now this is as new, never been used but because it is an old model it seems HP feel they have the right to control my printer as they see fit., there can be no other explanation for the constant interference I get with my usage of this printer..
When I wonder are the arrogant bosses at HP going to stop controlling our printers from their head office by virtue of it seems hidden monitoring programs in their software..
Being as new this printer should work without a problem but it seems HP want us to use and buy what they feel we should rather than what we choose to, another company today that spoil their quality product by arrogant interference and surely technically illegal abuse of my independent rights to choose what I want to use and how I use it.
The problem being further compounded by not being able to talk to anyone at HP directly unless we pay for the 'privilege' of doing so ..
Question ,... does anyone know what bits of HP software I can out of my PC but that will still allow the printer to operate as a printer without HP induced interference and error messages ..??
