Am having this strange problem with my printer. If I print the Print Quality Diagnostic sheet the black color looks good (see attached) but if I try to print something from any device or make a black/white photocopy, black is printed as green (see attached - a photocopy of the Printer Quality Diagnostic - all green instead of Black).
Tanks are all full, Tried the cleaning procedures but problem persists - black is printing as green. Any idea why please?

@JasMic, Welcome to HP Support Community!
I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve the issue.
Let us try to update the printer firmware and see if that helps-
Download available firmware updates from the HP website. With the printer on and connected to the computer, go to HP Customer Support - Software and Driver Downloads, and then identify your printer. Look for and install any available firmware updates. Refer to the document HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Try printing or copying.
Keep me posted for further assistance.
