HP LaserJet M608, Model: K0Q17A

Initializing up to 35,000 overnight, won't fully boot.

I went into the pre-boot menu to attempt a partial clean and cold reset and neither resulted in success.

I ran diagnostics and the only error was on the Hard Disk, the error is 90.0A.65: There is no disk installed.

I attempted to apply a firmware update from the pre-boot menu but it wouldn't detect the flash drive so I will try a different flash drive later today. Any other suggestions? Thank you!

I was able to resolve this. I downloaded the latest firmware and copied it to a flash drive and applied the firmware update from the Pre-boot menu. I had to use the USB port that's found on the back of the printer, not the front USB port.
