Hey I am working to get a M375nw working again and it keeps giving me the print path jam error and stops the print while its halfway through the fixer. there doesn't seem to be a jam, apart from the unknown reason it stops during print. I checked 3 of the infrared break sensors and all 3 seem to be operable. one by one I have tried adjusting them to see if they get registered during initialization, all of them give errors then.
I have rebooted it multiple times, I also did a factory restore. have used paper from paper feed 1, 2 and 3. all of them experiencing the same error.
the paper that is printed looks how it should, there is even part of it sticking out at the feed out, I have no idea why it keeps stopping. are there more sensors that could give a paper jam error?
any ideas how to fix this?
