Product: HP Laserjet M404dn

This printer had decided to get stuck on MFG Mode.  Cannot access menu to clear only turn off and on by holding power button.

I have removed plugs and drained power, no good 

have tried holding power button to try to access engineering menu, this did not work the screen did briefly show as printing and printed 2 pages then went to the error message above OXC9C60005 Error code sx LIB_SMARTDE

Any help greatly appreciated.

It's defective get it to a repair.
