Hi, I have a HP Neverstop Laser 1000w and it can't be reloaded: the Toner Level Indicator lights up as if there is no toner left (the orange led only) without any other indicator (the +1 or +2 or warning triangle), also the Toner Reload Indicator is off, so it can't be reloaded (as seen in the attached photo). Still, when I try to plug in the new Toner Reload Kit the Reload Indicator blinks orange.
Have a nice day and thank you in advance!
PS: The print quality is good, and the toner used for reloading is HP Genuine, it's just that it can't be reloaded.Toner Level Indicator orange led and no Reload Status
