Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can print A3 paper at Tray 2 while using HP Smart app. But I couldn't do it when I tried to print the same file using another software such as PDF exchange viewer or photoshop etc...there is only Tray 1 and photo tray in the selection box. no tray 2 can't be selected. It prints it on A4 drawing even when I select A3 paper

@RoyChoi_0907, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

This depends on the app you are using to print. As these apps you are referring to is not from HP, you will have to contact the app developer. Since you are able to print fine from the HP Smart app, it means the issue is not with the printer or the HP app.
