I am now on my second HP Officejet pro 6830 wireless within 13 months. Each one has had print head problems. One tech downloaded a Youtube video for me to get my plyers and screwdriver and take the machine apart within the warranty -period. Luckily, when I called to complain, they sent me a new machine with another one year warranty. I have had the second one since last August and last week the print head went out again. Why is this such a constant problem? There are two print heads and each is roughly $50.00. I only paid 80.00 for the printer. Guess you get what you pay for. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
