Simply the title, the thing is awful. Until about a week ago this 'wireless' printer needed me to feed pages in otherwise it would constantly say it was empty, somewhat negating the point of the wireless aspect if I had to stand by it constantly when printing somewhat, but at least it would print. And now in the last week it has developed another issue, where it will start printing, take the sheet half the way in and then make the usual printing noises for a bit before saying there's a paper jam, it just will not print anything anymore.

I think I had a solid month or so when I first bought it where it worked fine and without issues and it's just slowly gotten worse over time until I'm now at the stage where I have a printer that will not print anymore.

So this is a warning more than anything, I would stay well clear of anything HP printer related that seems somewhat affordable as it will likely not work a few months in anymore.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
