HP OfficeJet Pro 9020

I got this in an HP OfficeJet Pro 9020. With a few minutes of power off (by disconnecting the cable) and power on, this happens. The firmware is up to date. I shortened the bonhour name. It happens on a wifi connection and an ethernet connection. This is very disappointing. I've been buying HP printers for 20 years. But this is not a good experience.

I did a factory reset last night. So far, half way through the next day, the problem has not reoccurred and the printer has been functional.Previously, it happened within five minutes of the hard restart we had to do.

Factory reset has fixed it, thanks.
