Hi, 

I have the exact same questions as this link https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printing-Errors-or-Lights-Stuck-Print-Jobs/HP-Officejet-6950-WONT-PRIN....

 

I have tried everything but it can print the color, not the black ink. Please give me the detailed instruction!

(1) power off and restart

(2) re-installl drivers

(3) update firmware

(4) restore to factory setting

(5) use old and brand new black ink cartridges

(6) clean the heads multiple times

I tried all the methods listed in the post above but no solution at all. Ty for any assistance u could provide.
