problem, . On the initial setup at the "Printer Setup Environment", I chose the IT option and inadvertantly disabled wireless. There seems to be no way to get it back! A full factory reset or pulling the battery doesn't help. Is there a pin hole somewhere? Seems silly to return the printer when I'm sure there's a secret proceedure to fix it. Help! And thanks!.

HP has a top secret admin access code for the printer to reset the values. Why it's top secret I do not know, but if I reveal it to you all my cartridges will suddenly go dry. You can only hope to hear from their tech support. Good luck.

The solution is go into a menu from the start screen until the back arrow is illuminated. Once the arrow goes from dull to illuminated press the back key 4-5 times. From there go to the support menu > scroll to the "Resets menu" > Select Semi-Full Reset and the printer will automatically restart at the factory startup screen you should be familiar with.
Thank you all for you time and I hope this helps you all!
