Hi,
I have a 2nd hand HP Officejet 4630 (no software-drivers). I put in new HP ink cartridges and did the alignment. The copier works great, but when I print a form with border it's not printing most of the top and bottom border? Any help would be appreciated. I am on a MAC Air desktop with the latest updates installed. Thanks

Welcome to the HP Support Community!
- Which type of document are you trying to print?
- Have you tried to print a different type of document, ex: PDF, WORD, Email
Installing AirPrint drivers may resolve this issue, let us try these steps:
1.) Click the Apple menu, click System Preferences, and then click Print & Scan or Printers & Scanners.
2.) Check if your printer name displays in the Printers list, If your printer is listed, click the printer name, click the minus sign to delete the printer.
3.) If you see multiple printer queues for the same printer, remove all extra printers by selecting them one at a time, and then clicking the minus button at the bottom of the list.
4.) Click the plus sign , click Add Printer or Scanner, click the printer name.
5.) Click the Use or Print Using menu, select AirPrint in the pop-up menu. Then click Add.
6.) Try to print.
Step 2: Align the printer
On the printer control panel, press the Down Arrow (
) to select Tools, and then press OK.
Press the Down Arrow to select Align Printer, and then press OK. The printer prints a test page, and then prompts you to scan the page.
Lift the scanner lid, and then place the page on the glass according to the instructions on the alignment page.
Close the scanner lid, and then press OK.
Step 3: Check the print settings
Follow these steps to check the print settings for your print job.
Open a document, click File, and then click Print.
The Print window opens.
Select the Paper Type/Quality or Media & Quality menu.
Depending on your print job, you might consider modifying the following settings:
Paper type: If one of the options matches your paper type exactly, select that option.
Quality: If you are dissatisfied with the quality of your printouts, increase the print quality. To print more quickly, decrease the print quality.
To save your settings for future print jobs, select Save in the Presets menu, and then name the new preset.
Let me know how this goes.
