I've replaced the printhead twice and still have same problem. The colors are not printing. Black is ok.

@T-1 Let's begin with a firmware upgrade as in most scenarios as the one you are experiencing,

this steps resolves the issue: click here for steps,

If the issue persists, we may need to get the printer repaired/replaced, however, keep me posted.
