I'm trying to print a large image on two sheets of A3 paper, to stick them together afterwards. When I print borderless, a chunk of both images is missing at the edge. However, when I don't print borderless, the image only prints in black & white. I have quadruple-checked everything; when all other settings are the same, printing borderless gives me colour and printing not borderless gives me black & white.

 

I have already factory reset the printer, I've checked for updates, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers on my PC, but this problem persists. Anyone have any ideas?

I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps. 

 

Print a different image or a different type of document to check if the issue persists.
