I changed my wifi (SSID and password) so my printer's previous wifi connection is not available anymore. I switched cable internet providers which is why.
What I have tried:
1) Reset the printer to factory defaults using the printer panel
2) Reset the printer, laptop, router
3) On my PC, tried to install a new device but the PC cannot locate the printer.
I cannot install/connect to the new wifi. When I press the network icon on the printer panel, then Settings, Wireless Set-up Wizard, it just says "Wireless Connection has been disabled. Contact your network administrator..." That is me.
