I am desperate!  I need to get something printed now.  I get the message: Printer can't print (name of document).  I tried everything I could think of.  I unplugged the printer, unplugged the router, turned off the computer, and started all over. That didn't work.  I uninstalled the printer and reinstalled it.  I can print a report and a test page, but not the documents I need to print. It says the printer is online and connected to the network, and there are no other error messages. It just won't print the documents. PLEASE HELP!

I also tried printing a Word doc and it printed. It seems that it just won't print pdf files.  I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe Reader, but it still won't print any pdf files!

I have also tried printing the pdf as an image and that didn't work either. I don't know where to get help.

I had already tried all of those steps. I found them on the internet before I came here and none of them worked.  I finally solved it myself. I just kept deleting the printer and re-installing it and after more than a week of doing that, it magically started working.  I've been trying to solve this for weeks and have had no success in getting any help whatsoever from HP. The printer is out of warranty, but it's only been used as often as a printer that's only months old.   I have an HP Omen monitor and this printer, but after this horrible experience, I don't plan on ever buying another HP product.
