HP Officejet Pro 7740
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My HP Officejet Pro 7740 give at every startup a Blue Screen error B852E912. The machine is 1 week old and does it from the start.

I've reset the network settings. I tried the wireless and the wired connection, same error.

Taking the machine of teh power for 60 sec, same error.

Complete factory reset, same error.

Who can tell me what the problem is??

After doing more test myself I found that connecting the printer to a different router than the one from my provided (T-Mobile) solved my problem.

After this HP informed me that I should request my provider to update the router is  in my opinion not correct. They should make the hardware they deliver capable of working with existing routers.

I connected the printer to an old TP-Link C1200 router and the printer doesn't give a problem. So why the printer works with old routers and not with newer ones if a big question for me.

So if your printer give this error or something like it you should ask your provider to solve the problem or get another router because HP will not solve it for you while their equipment is not working.

I am very disappointed in HP.
